Pleasure is a modern model of a single-storey modular home, featuring a surface area of 55.44 m2. The model is built with four rooms: a large kitchen connected to the living room, a comfortable bathroom and two bedrooms for privacy. Intelligently designed space makes the home area very spacious. Each room features large windows so that all rooms have access to natural light. The structure of the home and the roof are adequately insulated with PIR foam core sandwich panels, ensuring proper thermal insulation of the building. The entrance area and terrace are also roofed so that they form an aesthetic continuation of the building. Modular homes are extremely easy to build and can be placed in any space and climate. The only requirement is that is to construct the foundations properly. The design itself can be customised to one’s own needs and requirements by making changes in the configurator, available on our website.

What makes the Small Home’s Pleasure concept unique? This is a modern, quick-to-erect modular home – and what is it made of? We offer ready-made structures, made of solid galvanised steel frames and sandwich panel walls.
Our homes serve for years, resisting moisture, changing temperatures, heat or cold waves. Thermal and acoustic comfort is ensured by PIR foam, which forms the core of each wall and roof panel. PIR plastic is lightweight, fireproof and safe for human use. We use it because it is considered high-end energy-efficient material.
Each of our homes features double-glazed PVC window frames. On request, we also make additional layers of insulation, so you can achieve the passive house standard. We offer full installation of electrical and sanitary fixtures, internal dry walls and facade finishing.
