Passion is a designer modular home that falls into the category of a 35 m2 homse, set on a solid frame made of durable steel profiles. Each profile is hot-dip galvanised, which makes the structure very effective in resisting corrosion.
The walls and roof of Passion are built of durable sandwich panels with lightweight, airtight PIR foam between them, featuring excellent thermal insulation and fire protection parameters. Thermal comfort in our home is also ensured by energy-efficient, double-glazed PVC window frames.
Passion modular homes are tailor-made to your individual guidelines, based on an analysis of the climate conditions in the planned locations of the investment. The buildings can be designed by us year-round use or only for spring and summer season use. We offer the option of additional wall insulation to improve the energy efficiency of your home.
We finish each Passion home according to your instructions. You can choose any stage of development of the project between a shell & core structure to a fully arranged building.
