This modular home is a combination of utility and modern style. Inside it hides a discreet bedroom, a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom. Each room features its own large window to keep the interior well lit. Despite its small size (32.86 m2), the layout of the rooms has been designed so as not to overwhelm their users. A roofed terrace (16.32 m2) further adds to the usable space.
This home can be erected quickly using ready-made modules and on almost any ground. With electric heating it ensures comfortable use all year round. The home interior can be finished in individual style.

This is another example of an unconventional modular home, which we erect using ready-made elements directly on our clients’ land. Fascination has a simple, geometric body – this is what makes the building fit perfectly into both urban and rustic landscapes.
Fascination will appeal to those who seek durability, quality materials and energy efficiency. In this project we used different solutions to ensure that the building ensures full thermal comfort and safety to the users.
The support structure of Fascination is a frame, made of high-quality hot-dip galvanised steel profiles. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant profiles ensure good support for roofs and exterior walls, built of PIR-core sandwich panels. Why PIR plastic? PIR plastic is unique for its high thermal insulation and fire resistance. In addition, PIR foam-filled panels are lightweight, easy to install and can withstand even heavy loads caused by strong winds or snowfall.
Each Fascination home features energy-efficient PVC double-glazed woodwork. As standard, we offer white windows or, for an extra charge, we offer a choice of profile colours according to the manufacturers’ range of colours. We also offer premium and standard interior woodwork.
Small Home’s Fascination gives you many options for interior and exterior design and finish. If you decide to go for this design, you can follow our suggestions for ceramics, fixtures and installations, or modify the initial design as per your individual needs. Using our Small Home’s configurator, you can quickly select your dream standard of equipment and generate full cost estimate of your investment. With the Small Home’s configurator, you can add to your home additional packages. Among the products on offer are hot tubs, anti-burglar window shutters and solar panels. The range has been selected to fully meet customer needs.
