The home was made in the spirit of modern minimalism. Inside it hides two spacious bedrooms, a large living room combined with a functional kitchenette and a cozy bathroom. A partially roofed terrace is an additional space that can be creatively used. Each room has a large window, so the interior is always illuminated. The layout of the rooms was designed to make full use of even the smallest piece of space, while providing a spacious and comfortable environment. The home is heated electrically, so it makes a comfortable living space all year round.
Euphoria projects include one-storey homes up to 70 m2 with a distinct geometric body. It is for all lovers of modern, small in size and Scandinavian architecture.

Euphoria is an energy-efficient home, featuring double-glazed window frames, modern plumbing and electricity. Upon request, we will retrofit your project with recuperation, premium doors, a bio-fireplace or burglar protection. No time to bother with interior design? We offer turnkey finish and extras like a sauna or Jacuzzi to create your own private spa area.
